Seafood A La Carr - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bay scallops*
    1 (6 3/8 oz.) jar imported baby shrimp or 6 oz. frozen baby shrimp
    4 Tbsp. sweet butter
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    3/4 c. white wine
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried dill
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    *If bay scallops are not available, use sea scallops; simply cut in smaller pieces.
