Meat Loaf With Vegetable Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) jar brown gravy
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, soup mix and egg until blended.
    Press into loaf pan; bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Cut into squares; arrange on plate.
    Combine onion, carrots and celery.
    Cook in oil until tender.
    Add gravy, cooking until mixture is thoroughly heated. Serve over meat loaf squares.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
