Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pt. boiling water
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown onion in margarine; add flour and cook for one minute. Add boiling water to onion mixture and stir.
    Add pepper and salt; boil for 10 minutes.
    Pour into serving bowls and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Sprinkle cheese over crumbs before serving.
