Crock-Pot Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef round steak
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
2 large peppers, cut in strips
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
rice or noodles
Preparation

Cut beef into strips; brown in oil in skillet.
Put in crock-pot.
Combine next seven items; pour over beef.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Add tomatoes and green peppers and cook 1 hour longer.
Combine water and cornstarch to make paste; stir into liquid in slow cooker and cook on high until thickened.
Serve over noodles or rice.
