Burger Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Toss together the potatoes, onion and parsley; mix with 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
    Divide beef into 8 thin patties.
    Top 4 patties with equal portions of potato mixture.
    Place remaining patties over filling; pinch edges together well.
    Brown burgers in hot, greased skillet.
    Turn, and pour remaining sauce over them. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
