Ingredients

hamburg
salt and pepper
nutmeg
egg
beef broth

Preparation

Mix hamburg, salt, pepper, nutmeg and egg. Shape into balls. Brown them.
Bring beef broth, salt, pepper and nutmeg to a boil. Thicken with flour and cold water.
Add meatballs.
