Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread (remove edges)
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. half and half
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease pan with butter and place bread in pan.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Beat eggs and salt.
    Pour sausage, blended with eggs, over bread.
    Add cream and sprinkle cheese over.
    Refrigerate overnight; remove 15 minutes before cooking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 12; freezes well.
