Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend the first 5 ingredients together with a mixer.
    When well blended, stir in 2 cups chopped rhubarb.
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
