Mom'S Pork Chops With Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of sage
Preparation
    Make a batter of the egg, milk, salt, sage and pepper.
    Dip chops into batter and brown in fat, turning once.
    Cook slowly and until well cooked.
    Place on platter and keep warm.
    Draw off some drippings and make a milk gravy, using another pan.
