Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1/4 c. breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and form 6 patties.
Fry in small amount of oil until golden brown.
