Chicken-Rice Pom Poms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. McKay's chicken seasoning, cooked in rice
3 c. cooked rice
3 c. grated chicken or smoked turkey roll
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Saute celery and onions in margarine until yellow.
Do not brown.
Blend in flour, salt and poultry seasoning.
Add milk and chicken seasoning (if not added to rice).
Cook and stir until mixture is smooth and thickened.
Cool.
