Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Sift together and stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Chill dough; roll into balls.
    Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon together.
    Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
