Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 stick melted oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream or fat-free yogurt
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour into greased 4-quart casserole dish. Cover with 1 cup crushed corn flakes (or Ritz crackers) with 3/4 cup melted oleo.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
