Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 can evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a round Pyrex dish.
    Place filled dish in a pie plate and fill the pie plate with water until it is 3/4 of the way full.
    (This steam makes the custard creamy.)
    Place pie plate with filled dish in the oven.
    Cook 1 hour or until a toothpick, inserted in the middle, comes out clean.
    Be careful removing from the oven. Let cool.
    Eat.
