Biscochos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    cinnamon and sugar mixture
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add eggs; mix well. Measure and sift flour twice.
    Add baking powder and salt.
    Add gradually to shortening mixture, mixing well.
    Add cinnamon. Shape into roll about an inch in diameter.
    Wrap in wax paper. Chill thoroughly.
    Slice; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture while still hot.
