Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice white bread
1/3 c. milk or tomato juice
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope Shake 'n Bake seasoning coating mix (for hamburgers)
Preparation

Crumble bread and add milk. Combine meat, egg, onion, celery, parsley and salt. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the seasoning mix. Add remaining mix, bread and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into loaf. Sprinkle with reserved seasoning mix. Place in ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
