Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk or peach juice
    1 large can peaches, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine flour, pudding, margarine, egg and milk or juice.
    Mix on medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a well-greased deep dish pie plate.
    Place sliced peaches on top of mixture evenly.
    Mix cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and juice together; pour over peaches.
    Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top.
    Bake for 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
