Country Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Spray an 8 x 8-inch pan (glass) with Pam.
    Melt margarine or butter in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Mix together flour, sugar and milk. Pour over butter; do not stir.
    Add 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups fruit (peaches, berries, apples or cherries).
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot with ice cream.
