Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    2 c. crackers
    1/2 c. onion
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    8 oz. shredded cheese (any kind)
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Drain off broth and pour tomato sauce over meat.
    Top with shredded cheese (any kind).
    Bake another 1/2 hour.
