Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted with 1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients.
Sift flour and measure to equal 2 1/2 cups; sift again with salt.
Add a small amount of the chopped pecans to flour and salt mixture.
Combine with the batter mix; fold in the apples and remaining pecans.
Bake in a prepared Bundt or angel food cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
