Hot Oil Pasta Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any pasta shape except spaghetti or linguine
    5 large cloves garlic, sliced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red pepper flakes
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    On low heat, cook garlic and olive oil; do not allow to brown.
    It will turn bitter. Add red pepper flakes.
    Turn off heat and allow to sit and cool (around 15 minutes).
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Toss over pasta.
