Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
3/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 c. red kidney beans
Preparation

With constant stirring, thoroughly brown meat in melted fat. Add seasonings, garlic, onion, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Cover and simmer over low for about 1 hour. Add kidney beans and cook an additional 10 minutes.
