Asparagus Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, cut in pieces, cooked
    2 or more c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped pimiento
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in an 8-inch square pan; drain asparagus, reserving 1/2 cup asparagus liquid.
    Arrange asparagus in butter; add chicken.
    Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Prepare muffin mix according to package directions.
    Carefully spoon mixture on top of cheese.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven 30 minutes or until muffin top is brown.
