Puffed-Up Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
    1 c milk
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, cook the ground beef until brown.
    From the meat, drain off the fat and discard it.
    Stir in the tomato sauce, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, water, spaghetti sauce mix, oregano, minced garlic and bottled hot pepper sauce.
    Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer the mixture, covered, for 10 minutes.
