Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained
    1 egg
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Heat Crisco in skillet over medium-high heat.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    Spoon into oil; brown on both sides, about 5 minutes on each side.
