Flour Tortillas From Scratch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. corn oil or bacon drippings
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt through your fingers.
Add corn oil or bacon drippings.
Mix thoroughly.
Dough will be ready to knead when it does not stick to your hands.
Knead for 1 minute.
