Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. cubed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown together the ground beef and onion; drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients.
    Season as desired; simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add water, if needed.
