Button Mushrooms (Marinated) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bottle soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 small cans button mushrooms
Preparation
    Use 1-quart canning jar with lid.
    Add ingredients; drain mushrooms.
    Shake well and refrigerate for day or so before using. I usually shake about once a day.
    These keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
