Easy Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (large)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. liquid from salmon
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add the egg and flour into the drained can of salmon.
    Just before frying, stir the baking powder into the 1/4 cup salmon liquid and stir until frothy.
    Now add to first mixture.
    Drop by teaspoon into hot oil.
    Turn once.
