Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bread
3 c. skim milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
4 Tbsp. diet oleo
1 c. egg substitute
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Break bread into pieces in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Blend in half the milk.
Add sugar and egg substitute.
Mix well.
Dice oleo on top and stir in vanilla, remaining milk and pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm.
