Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. tomatoes or puree
1 pt. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic or 1/4 tsp. powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Put
oil
in
pot.
Cut
garlic
into
small pieces and brown. Leave garlic in pot.
Add puree and 2 cups water, then paste, basil, salt, oregano, pepper, parsley flakes and sugar. Bring sauce
to a boil and turn down to simmer.
Stir every 15 minutes. Brown
hamburger.
Add
to sauce and simmer 3 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
