Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained corn
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together drained corn, chopped onion and chopped bell pepper.
    Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
    Combine vegetables with liquid; refrigerate 24 hours.
    May add tomato just before serving.
