Jenny'S Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar or pkg. chipped beef, minced
Preparation
    Have all ingredients at room temperature before starting.
    Mix until well blended.
    Serve with raw vegetables for dipping.
