Pork Chops Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, floured
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (5 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 onion, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place chops in casserole; cover with onions.
    Mix tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, chilies and cayenne.
    Pour over chops. Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Sprinkle cheese on top; return to oven and melt.
