Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, separated
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt. Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream alternately with flour mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in tube pan at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn out of pan immediately. Serve plain or with frosting.
