Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. tomatoes, peeled
1/2 gal. onions
2 Tbsp. salt
3 large green hot peppers
2 sweet peppers
1 Tbsp. allspice and cloves
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cook 3 hours or until tender.
