Rice - Quick And Easy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 c. hot chicken stock
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Melt in a saucepan 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add and stir until golden brown the 1/2 chopped onion.
    Add and shake until the grains are coated.
    Add hot chicken stock.
    Cover the pot and simmer the rice or bake it in a 375\u00b0 oven until the liquid is absorbed.
    Add 2 tablespoons melted butter.
    Toss the rice with a fork to distribute it.
