Korean Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef (short ribs Korean style)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. sesami oil
Preparation
    Pour soy sauce, sugar and water into the large bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.
    Add chopped green onion, chopped garlic and black pepper.
    Marinate each slice and gently pat them.
    Add sesami oil to the marinated meat.
    Put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Grill or broil from heat, turning once, for 10 to 15 minutes or until completely cooked.
    Makes 4 servings.
