Potato Kish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 c. broccoli
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Add 1 egg, 1 cup flour and dash of salt to amount of shredded potatoes for 9-inch pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes in a pie plate sprayed with no-stick spray.
    Remove from oven and add onion, chopped ham and broccoli.
    Beat 3 eggs and light cream together.
    Add dash of salt, pepper and nutmeg; pour over onion, ham and broccoli.
    Add grated cheese and paprika on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
