Applesauce Cake Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. applesauce

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add egg, beating well.\tAdd nuts and raisins.
Add dry ingredients alternately with applesauce.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes in greased loaf pan.
