Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. or less salt
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Add remaining ingredients. Grease pan; bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes.
