Rohlicky(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 egg yolk
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour as with pie crust.
    Blend the egg yolk with sour cream and add to flour.
    Blend well.
    Form into ball and cover with wax paper.
    Chill in refrigerator for several hours. Divide dough into 3 parts.
    Roll each part into a 12-inch circle. Cut into 16 wedges.
