Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 beaten egg
    kosher salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and add sugar and salt.
    Blend in flour.
    Knead until smooth.
    Roll into strips and shape pretzels (any shape you would like them in).
    Place on foiled cookie sheet. Brush pretzels with beaten egg and sprinkle on kosher salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes!
