Chicken Liver Pate With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 c. chicken broth (can use bouillon)
    1/4 medium onion, sliced
    6 slices bacon, crisp and drained
    1/2 c. very soft margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Simmer livers in broth with onions until livers are tender, about 15 minutes.
    Let cool in broth.
    Drain and reserve broth. Put 1/4 cup of broth, livers, onions and remaining ingredients into a blender or food processor.
    Cover and run on high speed until smooth.
    Refrigerate in a covered container at least 24 hours to blend flavors.
    Makes about 2 cups.
