Chicken And Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 c. chopped, fresh (steamed) broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. hot, cooked rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
Preparation

Simmer onions and mushrooms in a large skillet with oleo until tender.
Stir in rice, chicken, broccoli and soup.
Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
