Spinach And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 t. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) plus 1 t. butter, chilled and cut into pieces, divided
    2 - 3 T. ice water
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh baby spinach, washed
    1 c. light cream or half and half
    3 eggs
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Havarti or other white cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in large bowl.
    Cut in 1/2 cup butter until coarse crumbs form.
    Add water, tossing with fork, until dough forms.
    Press into a firm ball.
    Wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.
