Cranberry-Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine gelatin and hot water; let congeal slightly.
Mix cranberry sauce, celery, nuts and sour cream.
Stir into gelatin mix.
Pour into molds and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
