Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 stick margarine
1 c. onions
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9-inch pan.
Mix 1/2 of stuffing mix in melted margarine.
Put chicken over this.
Add onion.
Pour mushroom soup over this.
Add 3 cups of chicken broth over this. Add remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered. Remove cover and brown.
