Josephines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 or 2 boxes powdered sugar
    1/2 c. blanched almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add vanilla, flour and nuts.
    Roll in 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    While warm, right out of oven, roll gently in flat pan with sifted powdered sugar until it equals 2-inch ball.
    Set aside to cool.
    Enjoy!!
    Melts in your mouth.
