Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. bourbon
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Make sure all lumps in sweet potatoes are mashed out.
    Add all ingredients and and pour into pie shell.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the filling 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Serve with seasoned whipped cream, if desired.
